Financial Statements:

Our team will ensure that your inter-entity loan agreements are in place to confirm validate the tax treatment of monies moving between your entities. 

Professional Firm Profits Tax Advice 

If you are a professional operating a business, you are now required to review and document your profit allocations to ensure you are compliant with PCG 2021/4. This document is required to be provided to the ATO upon request. We will prepare this documentation for you and talk you through any resulting decisions to be made to remain in what the ATO are referring to as the ‘green zone’.  

Additional Company Compliance: 

ASIC Agent: 

We act as ASIC Agent on behalf of your Company, and prepare the Annual Directors Solvency resolution as well as preparing the paperwork to action any changes required to maintain the Company records with ASIC.  

Division 7A Loan Agreements: 

We will organise the preparation of your Division 7A loan agreements. This complex area of legislation is currently under the microscope of the ATO and we make sure that all of the necessary documentation is in place for you to be compliant with the rules. 

Dividend Statements: 

We prepare Company Dividend Statements where dividends have been paid out as required by ASIC and to help the shareholders with their reporting obligations.

Succession, Wealth Protection & Estate Planning Advisory 

 

Our SAPEP Advisory offering is designed to protect your family’s financial future by establish a robust plan to legally minimize taxes and shield your assets from potential litigation, giving you peace of mind. 

The first step in this process is to sit down with Emilie, who is one of the founding members of SAPEPAA – the industry association in this specialty area. 

This meeting will allow Emilie to assess your asset risk profile - evaluating potential litigation risks, to review your existing business and investment structures, and understand your estate planning priorities. 

Emilie will then put together a comprehensive Recommendations advisory document tailored to your situation. This document will be shared with you for review, accompanied by an invitation to discuss these recommendations in further detail. Additionally, an Implementation Engagement will be provided to outline the associated costs, allowing you to make informed decisions in securing your assets and estate. 

Throughout this advisory process, our commitment is to simplify the complexities, empowering you to make informed decisions for both yourself and your family. 

 

Bookkeeping & Payroll

 

Our Bookkeeping service is designed to deal with the heavy lifting of your record keeping – freeing you to be a better leader and decision maker in your business. 

We allocate the bulk of transactions daily, so that you can get a good picture of the financial position of the business in a timely manner. 

We can even help with tasks like matching payments you receive to invoices and sending receipts; creating an Invoices to Pay report for you to review and upload to your bank using an aba file to pay or even following up your debtors. 

Software plug-ins (for example HubDocs, Deputy, Timely & Tradeify) are not a problem. 

We are a Xero Gold Partner firm, however we can look after your bookkeeping in Quickbooks and MYOB Essentials. 

We would love to sit down with you to understand the financial information you use in your decision making to see if we can further shape your Chart of Accounts to better deliver the information that is useful to you. It’s different for every business! 

Running a business can be hectic, so once a month is wrapped up we send you some basic reports to make sure you are seeing the information that matters. We can do this more often if you like. 

Our Bookkeeping service is collaborative in approach – so if there is a way we can reduce your administrative workload – just let us know. 

Payroll 

Would you like assistance in preparing your pay runs or perhaps just the STP Compliance? 

This is a part of our core Business Services offering. We will ensure your payroll is processed, pay slips are sent to your Team and pay runs are lodged with the ATO for STP Compliance. 

We can even assist with your Team Member onboarding process – including things like the  collection of tax and superannuation information, lodgement with the ATO, preparation and provision of Letters of Engagements and the provision of the Fair Work Information Statements.
