Make sure your MYOB or Xero file is giving you the information needed to manage your business.
We want to help you get the most out of the time you or your book keeper is spending tracking your income and expenses.
This process will be specific to your business and includes;
Management Report Setup
- We help identify the key income and expense items impacting your business
- If you are using a Cloud based accounting system we will modify your chart of accounts so you are good to go
- If you are using a desktop accounting system we will send you through suggested account codes and names so you can easily update your file
- If you are a new business, have your accounts set up correct right from the start!
Ongoing Management Reporting
- On either a monthly or quarterly basis we will review your cloud based accounting file and tidy up any loose ends
- We will keep an eye on your margins and let you know if they are deviating from your industry standard – or if they look unusual based on your historical margins. This can help you identify potential issues in a timely manner
- We can send management reports via email to owners, investors and any other parties connected with your business that you want to keep in the loop.
